SCHOOL TRADITIONS

In our school we take pride in the following traditions :

1. Wishing "jai Hind" every time. Always use courtesy words such as "Please" and "Thank you"

and seeks permission before entering offices or rooms.

2. Always to be friendly with one another in and out of school.

3. Being exuberant, sparkling, smiling and eager to help everybody, always.

4. To avoid vulgarity in our talk and behaviour.

5. To accept whatever work is assigned to us as our rightful share.

6. Being genuine or forthright in dealing with others, trustworthy in speech and generous in

    conduct and behavior.

7. Respecting the elders especially the parents and the teachers and exhibit the moral values

    inculcated in them.

8. To be courteous to and sportsman like with opposing teams and with officials.

9. To respect the library and rights of other boys/girls using it.

10. Being spruced up in proper uniform, hair done and polished shoes.

11. To avoid littering the school premises and to pick up any such waste materials left by the

      others.

12. To learn and to observe good manners.

13. Making best possible efforts to become a good human being and serve the nation.

These traditions are little things in themselves, and they must be put into practice voluntarily, since making them a rule would destroy their value. The desire to observe them must come from within and must be genuine, only thus can one's character be made.
